Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TokenAtlas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Token Atlas ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

TokenAtlas provides AI Financial Intelligence tools, including cost calculators, model comparison utilities, and financial insights dashboards. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscription Terms

Token Atlas offers Free, Pro, and Team subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize the charge of your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

As Merchant of Record, Paddle is the reseller of the Service to you and is responsible for processing payments, charging and remitting applicable sales taxes and VAT, issuing invoices and receipts, managing chargebacks, and handling refunds and cancellations on our behalf. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

You can manage your billing, view invoices, update payment methods, cancel your subscription, or request a refund at any time through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials available through the Service are the property of Token Atlas or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our discretion and without prior notice where reasonable, including in the following circumstances:

  • Material breach of these Terms;
  • Non-payment of subscription fees or chargebacks initiated without cause;
  • Activity that creates a security, fraud, or legal risk to the Service or other users;
  • Repeated or serious policy violations, including unlawful use, abuse, infringement of intellectual property rights, or interference with the integrity or performance of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Token Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
