Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Subscription Billing

TokenAtlas operates on a subscription model. When you subscribe to a Pro or Team plan, you are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). All fees are charged automatically through our payment processor, Paddle.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. This applies to new subscribers only and does not cover renewals or plan upgrades.

To request a refund, contact us at billing@tokenatlas.co with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days.

3. No Refund Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage-based digital services — Once you have actively used the Service (e.g., performed calculations, accessed insights, or exported data), we cannot offer a refund because the value of the digital service has been consumed.
  • Renewals and plan changes — Refund eligibility applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to recurring renewals or mid-cycle plan upgrades.
  • Abuse or violations — Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
  • Annual plans after 14 days — For annual subscriptions, refunds are only available within the first 14 days from the initial purchase date.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly for billing issues before initiating a chargeback. If you dispute a charge without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
